Data controller

This policy applies to all mobile games published on Google Play and the App Store under the MES Group brand (the “Games”) and to the cofemes.com website. The data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

In short

• We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email or phone number in our games.
• Your game progress (levels, scores, settings, badges) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.
• The Games are free and show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process data such as device identifiers to serve ads.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and Apple; we never see your payment details.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Data processed in the Games

Game data that stays on your device

Game progress, high scores, coins and badges, and language and sound preferences are saved in your device's local storage. This data is not sent to our servers and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Advertising data (Google AdMob)

Our Games show banner, interstitial and rewarded ads through AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve, measure and frequency-cap ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect and process: the advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA), IP address and approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system, language, app version and ad interactions. This processing is governed by Google's own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

In-app purchase

“Remove ads” is an optional one-time purchase processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive your card or payment details; the store only confirms to the app that the purchase is valid. You can restore the purchase at any time with the same store account.

Notifications

If you allow it, some Games may show local notifications such as a daily reminder. They are scheduled on your device without any server. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your device settings.

Rating prompts and support emails

The in-game rating prompt uses the standard Google or Apple interface. If you email us, your address and message are used only to answer your request.

Consent, advertising ID and ATT

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

Users in these regions see a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) when a Game is first opened. Whether to allow personalised ads is up to you. You can change your choice at any time with the “Privacy options” button in the game menu.

iOS: App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier (IDFA) is accessed. If you decline, the IDFA is not used and non-personalised ads are shown. You can change your decision in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Android: Advertising ID

On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (on some devices Settings > Google > Ads). Once deleted, ads are no longer personalised.

Legal bases and purposes

• Providing the game (local saves, settings): performance of a contract and legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-c and f; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Personalised advertising: your consent (KVKK art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Without consent, non-personalised ads are shown.
• Non-personalised ads, measurement and fraud prevention: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
• Verifying purchases: performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Support requests and legal obligations: legitimate interest and legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç and f; GDPR art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with: Google LLC (AdMob) for advertising, Google LLC (Google Play) and Apple Inc. (App Store) for distribution and purchases, and competent authorities where required by law.

Google and Apple may process data on servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made under KVKK art. 9 and the GDPR rules on international transfers, relying on these companies' standard contractual clauses and safeguards.

Retention

Game data on your device stays there until you uninstall the app. Advertising data is subject to Google's retention policies. We keep support emails for up to 2 years after a request is resolved.

Children's privacy

Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents who believe a child has sent us personal data can contact us to have it deleted. Ad requests follow Google's settings for children and users under the age of consent.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11 and GDPR)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, rectification or erasure, to object to processing, to withdraw consent and to claim compensation for damages. If the GDPR applies to you, you may also request data portability and restriction of processing.

Send requests to mesgroupgames@gmail.com; we respond free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or the supervisory authority in your EU country.

Because the Games store data only on your device, you can also delete it yourself instantly by uninstalling the app.

This website

cofemes.com uses no cookies, contains no analytics or tracking tools and collects no data through forms. All files, including fonts, are served from our own domain. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may briefly process technical logs such as IP addresses for security and delivery.

Security

Our website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Because the Games create no accounts or personal profiles, we hold no players' personal data on our servers.

Changes

We may update this policy when needed. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top updated. We announce significant changes in the Games or on this website.
